Overclocking this motherboard

Ok this it Praetor's $600 build for a gaming machine.. and I was wondering if that motherboard can overclock the processor to a 1066 fsb. Becuase in the motherboard reviews on newegg claims that this board is not a good to overlcock.. And the processor it self can be be overclocked easily..

So will I be able to overclock the processor with that motherboard to a 1066 fsb? Or will I need a different motherboard?

Look at cpu's and overclocking on the main fourm and take a look at overclocking 101 in the sticky
