Overclocking through Software

Does anyone know of any software you could use to overclock with? I have a Toshiba Laptop with a celeron M380 @ 1.6 ghz that i want to speed up. But since it's a Toshiba, the bios are locked. How much faster do you think i could push the processor and how would i do it without using bios?
 
It is highly unlikely you will find software to overclock the laptop processor, don't forget that heat is a real issue with laptops as well. You can try finding the correct PLL with ClockGen, but I doubt it will work.
 
Because your options are locked in BIOS i doubt youd be able to do it in windows because some if not all use those BIOS options to overclock (correct me if im worng)
