ok here is my motherboard if u read it has hHybrid Booster - ASRock Safe Overclocking Technology or w.e

http://www.asrock.com/product/775Dual-880Pro.htm

i duno what the option in my bios looks like to overclcok only thing i can think of theirs a thing that says cpu frequency 266 and has an option to click it but nothing happens i duno... and im not sure wich overclocking software out their will work with my board if you know PLEASE HELP

also says this on the page

Hybrid Booster - CPU Frequency Stepless control
- ASRock U-COP
- Boot Failure Guard (B.F.G)

First, read OC101 if you havent yet. The CPU Frequency is the FSB, you raise that to overclock your CPU. But once you get to a certain point, you'll need to mess around with the memory and voltages.

ive read it 4 times, maybe it just didnt register lol.... when i click ont he number 266 though it doesnt do anything... under chipset theirs an option on dram voltage i think its called theirs low, normal and high

Well ASRock mobo's arent that great at overclocking (i had 2 of them). Are you able to take a picture of the BIOS where you can change the FSB?

no id ont have a digital camra.... kinda why i asked if anyone knows of a cpu over clocking program thatll work with asrock board... i looked at what was is cubits or w.e but i didnt see my motherboard on the site page for downlaod

ok i got it all figured it out, funny thing is though my cpu stock is suposed to be 2.8ghrz b4 when i started uping the cpu frequency it startd it 2.6ghrz now i got it on 2.8ghrz my vcore voltage is weird though goes from bounces around a bit from like 1.193 - 1.209 - 1.225 whats next that i need to do to get ti higher, windows and everything is running fine no problems, id like to see 3.2 ghrz

btw my temps didnt really go up at all still idle n around 25c

woah, you raised your voltage from 1.09v to 1.3v just to go up by 100mhz!? try lowering the vcore back to stock cause you souldn't need to raise vcore by that much for 100mhz.

you must of read wrong i raised it from no listen stock was 1.209 kk when i started upping it bounced from 1.209 to 1.225 . when i maxed out the cpu frequency it goes from 1.193 to 1.209 - to 1.225 my temps havent gone up at all either and windows is running fine, my frequency now says 2.8ghrz i believe it was 2.6ghrz at start why i duno cuz my cpu is suposed to be 2.8ghrz

anyways i would like to go higher if possible so can anyone help me

beneath the cpu frequency theirs 4 things with bunch of numbers then sayin like a_skew _skew b_skew _skew , their options are auto then 0ps, 5ps, 20ps, 50ps, goin up to like 200-300 if i remember correctly
