What cooling system do you have on your CPU?
It sounds like you might be new to this so I would read over a few guides for your chip to see what you really need to be doing to OC properly.

How?You don't need to change the voltage until you up the multiplyer so far that you can't get Windows to boot. At that point in time you just bump up the CPU voltage a hair.
