I' new to overcloking, obvously by what i read in a few posts you can make your CPU go faster, how is this done? how safe is it? I have a AMD duron thats 1.2ghz.
I'm going to start builing a new computer of my own soon, i have already been slowly ordering some parts, i have a 52x CDRW drive and another DVD drivebeing shipped to me, and i have a 512MB video card that i got cheap that i alread have, and 2 sticks of 512MB DRR memory, still need a new screen(want a LCD), mother bored, new case, processer sound cardm and some other stuff, but it bsicaly has nothing to do with this post so m not going into detail, just thought that i might be able to make my new system even better if i could "overclock" it.
