Overclocking

I already have overclocked an athlon fx 60 and geforce 7800gtx. Now i do understand the dangers and risks but here is my question.

I am starting a project to see just how far i can overclock for fun and im going to be demonstrating at my school. I am planning to overclock almost everything that can be overclocked. I need help on picking the right components that will actually overclock pretty far. Also what cooling solutions do you guys suggest. I was thinking phase change but i am not too sure. I am planning to cool my GPU's, CPU, chipset, ram. Remember i dont need "top of the line" components... I want something that will just go really far (Although i know not all of the same components will actually go that far). For video card i was thinking maybe an ati since i heard some of their x1600's card were good overclockers. For cpu, ram, motherboard, etc i really have no idea.....

Anyone? Thanks

Ok since im sure you do need some kind of budget lets start really low.... Even though the system will be cheap i just want to be able to "show" overclockablility. It's just to demonstrate that overclocking can give you a lot more performance for your money ...that is if you know what you are doing.

500$ to 600$ CAD. I've already build a system for around 600$ so im sure its possible to get overclockable parts now that prices went down a lot with some older parts. Ok now when i mean 500$ i just mean that in components...... This is not including some mods i will be doing and my big cooling system. Obviously this is also without any parts that die while my experiment....if anytime i go through this i will just have to buy new ones.

Intel or amd..... im really not too sure which is more overclockable. I never overclocked an intel chip.
Same goes for ati and nvidia. And i never overclocked an ati.

As for the phase cooling i was thinking of..... dunno just wanted to make it look cool with this huge thing cooling it off. Is it just too overkill or will it be useful if i really try and push my chip? Should i just stick water cooling?
