Overclocking ?

Whats overclocking mean?
Also , I have a desktop that has been looked at by a few people and still doesnt work . I am thinking of rebuilding it from scratch. Would some of you help me if I take pics of the inside as i go ? Thanks doug
 
I wouldn't mind helping out. Overclocking basically means running your parts faster than the manufacturer has rated them for.

I will be more than happy to help you out if you post pics. What is the exact make and model of the rig and componets? Is it a custom or a name brand OEM machine? Send me all the info you can about it. :)
