overclocking???

everythin is stock except disk drives, graphics (mx4000 64mb i know i know), and i got a sound card in (sound blaster live 24bit) i am hoping to add a stick of ram like another 256mb or 512mb and here are the rest of the specifications http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...docname=c00009505&lc=en&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

is so should i overclock i kinda of want to being it is only 1.5ghz but if i did what kind of cooler should i get?? any commments welcome thank you!!!:D
 
You cant overclock your HP easily, the only possible way is to do it through windows, and i highly doubt you'll be able to find software for that.

No, what hes saying is that HP disables overclocking becasue if they didn't and you overclocked why would you buy a new product right? So they make programs that let you overclock through windows, but they don't work very well.
 
ya nd the programs that allow you to overlock are onky while windows is running as soon as you restart you pc it goes back to stock
