what type of motherboard do i need to overclock and does any other comp hardware have an effect on overclocking? and how do i overclock my processor

if you boot up ur computer press delte or f2 to go into the bios menu, then look around. you can overclock most comps, some by increasing fsb slightly but wont have that great an effect on performance. newer motherboards have laods more options in regard to overclocking, especally my msi one, you can change so many options and is pretty cool
