Overclocks go back to standard after restarts?? :S

When i overclock my Geforce 8500GT to 550/900 (which is stable - according to ATITool - and the temperature readings) After i restart the computer they go back to the factory settings of 450/800. I'm wondering why this is happening, i apply the changes in ATITool and nVidia control panel but it still goes back, why?

you need to make a profile for your OCed clocks. make sure ATItool starts up with windows. and then in options>startup, make atitool load your OC profile at windows startup.
