overheating

You know what I used speedfan And I realized that temp 2 isnt the CPU its my motherboard...

Anyway. So its my motherboard that is 67C right now and my CPU is really at 35C idle. And the Mobo was 62C about 7 hours ago so that kinda concerns me...

Is 67C bad for the motherboard?

67 degrees for motherboard? woah, my computer temperatures are 38C, 42C, 37C. It doesn't show which one's which but nothing's reaching 67C. How many fans do you have in your computer?

it says case is same temp as cpu...and I just overclocked my PC to 2.6 GHz and when i try to listen to music sometimes the song is still playing but i hear no sound..then it resumes like 10 seconds later...I don't get it..obviously its just one of the other problems i am to encounter, and my CPU is at low temp...

Temp 1=Mobo
Temp 2=CPU
It should be like that because when Speedfan shows that Temp 2 is, say 47C. Fuzzy Logic 4 shows me that the CPU temp is 49C and mobo is max 35C in both programs.

well temp 1 for me is CPU. i guess it might depend on ur motherboard? anyways, i have never heard of a motherboard getting that hot. So my best guess its actually ur processor thats 67c since u overclocked it. that is way to hot. try to clean out the fans and shit. my cpu would reach 70c before i opened the case and cleaned all the dest out of the cpu cooling. should stay at around 50c or below

Actually after i put it back to normal speed after a few problems I saw the speed and it was 2C higher...dont ask why...SO I suppose the temp was above 60C this whole time ever since i got the damn computer...Which probably explains why it ran like crap the past year and had random reboots every once in a while.
