Own a Quad SLI!

I probably could afford this but even if I was freaking loaded I still wouldn't buy it. 1 of the next generations cards will probably be close in performance and you wont have to buy a 1000W PSU to power it.
 
Why get that when you can get these awesome Quantum 3D cards from Voodoo? All you need is 4 PCI slots for more gaming 3D power than you could imagine.

Forguive me if im ignorant here, but the PCI bus allows a max data transfer of 33Mb/s a piece, times 4 thats an approx data rate of 120Mb/s, i think most if not all games use a hell of a lot more babndwidth than that. AGP8x's data rate still hasnt been reached, PCI-e's is still miles off. PCI however is gonna lag like crazy, those cards may have the processing power of a killer whale but if the PCI bus cant supply it with the data fast enough then it's completely pointless.

This release should be an advantge as i am going to purchase SLI soon and the price will go doen if quad comes out.. hopefully anyway
 
SLi won't go down unless the cards go down.

If you wait for nVidia to release it's 7900 series then the price of the 7800's might fall a little.

Hah, ya I know I was just being stupid. Although I would like to see how those cards perform.
