when making your own case, what is the most important thing to do? I have never build a case but would like to try, I am just not sure what I have to watch out, and what I can't forget to do.
I would say PLAN, PLAN, PLAN and PLAN . Anyway by that I would guess you would have to think of accuracy, noise, airflow, positioning and other such factors. You may wanna have something to act as a base for you building it. Maybe an old case or something. Is it not cheaper to buy one and mess around with it? Just a thought.
yeah deff have a plan before you start....airflow is key, and also if your not going with a traditional ATX setup, think about where all of your drives/ data connectors are gonna be, you wouldnt want to build a sweet rig and come to find that everytime you want to add RAM you have to remove your hard drives....just an example
