LOL just because the laws make it difficult to prosecute, does not mean it is LEGAL!!
I am amazed how people (and politicians) find a loophole in a law and think it is right to take advantage of it. Good for you, you have circumvented the system! You must be a proud individual filled with integrity.
I have spent many hundreds of dollars on music because I have integrity. I choose to pay for things I Want. I do not like free handouts, I do not like taking money or property from others. While the government might not have the resources to prosecute you, it does not mean it is right. Right and wrong is a set of principles your parents forgot to teach you.
Wow. Integrity must be a great thing to have. Is it that which makes this sort of condescending, self-righteous, soap-box moralizing seem reasonable to the preacher? Man, I gotta get me some of that.
Give me a break.
You also suck at arguing your point.
A loophole in a law means that it IS legal. What do you think a loophole is? A stealthy camoflage? Some smoke and mirrors that allow your illegal activity to go unnoticed? No. It's performing an action that, under other circumstances, is illegal, but, under specific circumstances, is not, due to bad laws.
I repeat, again:
There has never been a case of someone being criminally prosecuted for sharing music.
Why might that be, if it's so illegal?
And the very artists you accuse me of 'stealing' (look it up) from actually advocate the sharing of their music. Still morally repugnant?
I do not take money from people. There is NO money involved in this, whatsoever. No one is losing money. Not actual money and not potential money. Money is a non-issue. Educate yourself, actually think about it, and then ask your parents to teach you some humility and self-consciousness. You lack them.
