P31 Power Connectors.

i was just thinking about the power connectors on the Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L.

because when i get it i want to have 3 x 3 pin fans running.

here is a picture of the board.

question 1. will socket number 3 work with a normal fan?? its labeled PWR_FAN which im guessing is the psu fan connector... when it is needed.

question 2. socket number 2 has 4 pins, but it looks like it is made to take 3 pin connections as well. is that right?

question 3. while im here... if i have 2 sticks of DDR2 ram which slots do i put them in? does it matter? should i put one in each of the yellow slots and then use the red ones if i expand further? just thought id ask.

while im not really sure about the fans, if the two sticks are exactly the same, put them in the yellow slots. if they are different, put the larger one in the first yellow slot, and the smaller one on the red slot right next to it
