P35 - MSI NEO2-FIR or ASUS P5K-E?

Hi. I am getting a new main board tomorrow in the morning. I ordered NEO2-FIR but I got some more money and I am thinking if it wouldn't be better to take another mobo on p35 - ASUS P5K-E. What do you think? Or maybe you have another prepositions? My max budget is around 150 Euro (+/- 10).

well ive never owned a msi..but ive never had any problems with my Asus MoBo (my third one).... it all depends on the features or the price i guess... anyway both are good boards.

Get the ASUS which I also have. EZ to overclock I have my old COD2 6300 clocked at 3.0 with stock cooling and have room for more OC. My ram is also OC. Did not have any issues and is better than my ASUS NVidia motherboard I had before.

ASUS - Good except the picky memory part (make sure the memory is on the "supported" list)

Asus's lower end (yellow) board is not good. Many ppl say their board is hot.
