P4 2.8GHz with W320 MOBO Impossible to overclock???

Does anybody know if this combination is impossible to overclock? From what I've read, it's the Cypress W320 MOBO that poses the biggest problem. Is it a lost cause? Should I just seek to replace it, and if so, does anybody have any recommendations for a MOBO that will overclock well with a P4 2.8GHz?

the P4 should overclock given the right mobo, as far as whether the cypress will oc, you'll need to check your bios to find out, that or your user's manual
 
Cypress will overclock, but the W320 in particular isn't compatible with CPUCool or ClockGen. I was wondering if there was another option, or maybe some sort of trick.
 
I just know that my motherboard (Abit V70) was pretty cheap, and I can use the BIOS to get my p4 2.8 up to 3.1 only by increasing the clock speed. It's really easy.
 
yeah, but the only problem with that is that my clock options are locked in my bios, so I can't change anything. I can view my clock speed in bios, but I can't do anything.
