Page scrolls down funny

I clean reinstalled my computer last nite
Now the monitor scrolls an annoying way.
When I move down a page it changes screen with a line from top to bottom
Sort of like a Power Point slide transition but several together.
Does someone know how to make it go away

You need to reinstall the drivers, this happens almost every time before you reinstall your video card drivers.
