Paint?

rustoleum primer then rustoleum paint, i think that kind of paint is called self etching or something along those lines
 
Unless your case is already bare metal you should sand it, then use self etching primer(any kind should work) on it, and then hit it with some rustoleum or krylon/krylon rust. You "could" skip the sanding/primering if you want too, but your get a little better finish on it if you sand/primer.
 
Several years ago I took some plastic spray paint and painted the inside and outside of my computer, I can tell you from experience that if you do not sand/prime the case, it will chip VERY easily.
 
Guys last thing, i noticed on my case before i start painting there is the bottom HDD cage which i want to remove. But it's stuck to the case with some kind of "stuck on screws". Anyway i can remove these? I Don't need the hdd cage anymore.
