Palo Alto Firewall Setup

Hey guys.

I'll cut straight to the chase this time!

::problem::
Exams are coming up and our Palo Alto Firewall is not working, when it comes to policies and rules for blocking websites and applications etc. It's very unstable, and it's switching back and forth between blocking _everything and nothing.

Edit::
We find that it's partly blocking sites, but if you close and re-open the browser, nothing is blocked anymore.

::eek:ther info::
As far as I know, there's an already made OU in Active Directory where the users are located.

How hard is it to create a simple policy to deny all browsing, and just allow a few simple URLs..? Unfortunately I don't have premissions to log in on the firewall yet.. so I can't just edit it. But it would be nice to know how easy it is.

The reason I believe this is easy, is because I've read a lot about the firewalls, and I've taken a few webinars on it.

Support believes the problem is Chrome or IE, and that it reads different user information every time.

Some feedback on this would be very much appreciated..
Frustrated,
Mr. Moseng

It's probably been a while :p, however..

Did you find a resolution to the configuration?
