Panel missing of Ps2

Hi,

As some of you may know i posted in here a few weeks ago about my Playstation 2 because i was selling it.

However the cover on the back which you remove when adding a Network Adaptor has gone missing:rolleyes:

I took it off because i was cleaning the whole insides of the Ps2 and now its dust free but ive looked everywhere around the house and cannot find it at all.

I dont know what the hell hapned to it.

will that little cover off the back put people off buying it do you think?

It wouldnt put me off but it will affect the sale slightly. What can you get for black old shape ps2's now anyway?

Cant afect it much though can it?
I mean afterall its only a little cover but it would be nice if i found it but i cant:rolleyes:

How much you reckon for all that mate?
I bet you when ive sold it i will find the missing panel :)
 
I wouldnt say the missing cover would affect it too much pricewise. I would say that if you sold it as a bundle it would be worth around £75-£80. You would most likely get more selling as single items on ebay.
 
I agree that the panel should not really affect the price. If it does not affect the performance of the machine and it's not like it's full of scratches and looks ugly. The panel that is missing is hidden on the back.

As for price I have not priced new let alone used PS2's lately so I wont comment there.
 
The panel should affect it. Most people would think that tampering has been done, or it has not been kept in the appropriate storage, such as not taking care of it.

Yeah i could actualy,
Infact i think my local store sells them cheap now too.
Have to look around this weekend.
