Is there a program that lets you run Linux virtualized in Windows, like you can do with Parallels or VMWare with Windows on OS X? Because I want to use SUSE Linux, but I'd prefer not to have to reboot to access it...

i barely understand your question, so what you want to do is install linux in a virtual machine on your windows PC right ?
for virtualization on windows you have :
Virtual box --> www.virtualbox.org/
vmware --> www.vmware.com/
Virtual PC -->ww.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/virtualpc/default.mspx

Sorry, I wasn't very awake when I wrote this up... Yes, I'm trying to run Linux on a virtual machine while windows is running. I'll try Virtualbox, i've used that on Mac before.
