Partition for new laptop

I just bought a new laptop running windows 7.
What software can do partition job without reinstall all building os and application software?

I have been sticking with my XP for a while now didn't care much for Vista, but Windows 7 seems to be going on with a lot with its features. Hmm I am wondering if its time for a change. Anyways glad to know.:good:
