Partition with FAT32 & NTFS

Just a short, sweet, to the point (and possibly dumb) question. Can you partition a hard drive and run FAT32 on one part and NTFS on the other?

Not on the same partition. If you want one NTFS and one FAT32 partition you'll need to create two separate partitions.
