Partitioning system drive

Hello, i need to transfer some free space from my drive E to my system drive C. I tried a lot of partition softwares but they werent able to work with system drive.
What software should i use for this?

Do you mean resizing the partition? Get the GParted live CD. There's documentation the page on how to use it. It has a GUI, and it works well.

GParted works well. You can boot from the CD I linked to.
