partitions?

hi

is there an easy way to get rid of a partition?

i have 2 OS's and now only want 1. I don't have any installation disks or recovery disks and have no idea how to burn bootable cd's

when the drive was initially partitioned, it wasn't given a name so now i appear to have c, d and 2 un-named ones

i'd appreciate any help

It's easy enough to do but you should tell us what OS's are installed. There are a few different scenarios that could screw you up royally. Examples, Windows "xx"
and a Linux distro that has Grub installed. Wipe out Linux and Grub will leave you booting nothing if you don't do it the right way.

Burning a bootable cd is as easy as installing the free program ImgBurn.

Make sure you have your data backed up!!

If your running Windows, you can use the Disk Manager to delete the partition you don't want.

ty both for responses, will try both things suggested.
btw i have windows vista, which i'd like to keep (for now anyways )
an i got fedora which i want rid of.
