parts of a website not loading...

I am having problems getting whole areas of fictionalley.org to load some of the time. I have talked to a site admin and they told me that it was a problem on my end that the site seems normal on their end. The site will load right for days but then randomly areas of the site will not work for anywhere from half a day to two days.

I have cleared all temporary internet files and private data in Firefox, and disabled all addons too. I do not have a anti-virus program installed yet and I have turned off windows firewall. This is the only site I am having this issue with...I have trying pinging the site and get this...

I have no idea what to try next since it is just this one site and the site admins have not had any other reports.

Thanks for the help. It turns out that there was a problem on there end just they where not aware of it till some one that new what they where talking about told emailed them and told them to look at it.
