Password Downloads

Is there a way for me to set a password so my kids cant download programs from the internet but still access it? I have a new emachine with windows xp. Thanks

I posted this in the other one you made, not realize you made two. I'll post it again here.

Try ChildControl, you can try it out at www.download.com You can disable internet downloading, as well as many other things.
