password for bios

I'm working on a pc for a friend.I can't get into the Bios because it is password protected. The board is a model ECS-P4VXAD. Can anyone help me get around the password. Please Help!

the people that make the bios software tend to make backdoor passwords that are kinda stupid, or have to do with their name. i know the pass on a old computer i have, a K6, was jimisking. jim is the guy who built it

ok dawg i have a friend with the similar problem only diff is he stole an IBM ThinkCenter laptop with a locked bios what i told him to is is push the END key on the keyboard and while holding it reboot the computer that is one method of erasing the password now it may only work on certain board but its worth giving it a shot

simply take out the battery in the mobo and pop it back in again and reset the jumper

Look for JP1, it's to the left of the battery, put the jumper over pins 2-3 (right pair) then reset the jumper to pins 1-2 and power it on.
