password protect program installation

Is there a way, in Vista, to make it so that a user has to type in a password before they install a program? There is only one account on this machine, an administrator account, and i want to make it so that if i or someone else tried to install a program, it would require a password to install it. Any suggestions?

At one time on my father's XP machine when i went to install a program on a limited account, it asked me for the admin's password.... not sure how to do it in vista though, under control panel.... user accounts?

Like cohen said, the only way I can think of is changing the account to limited. Can't install any programs at all, only on the Administrator account.
