anyone who gets on my computer....other users

Then those progs should work...never tried them myself, though

There is also some tweak prog that I once used, can't remember its name, though

are they trojans or can you uninstall them

As far as I can see they are uninstallable.....just delete the executable

But if your folders would stay hidden......I dunno

Read the manual(s)

The first link looks like the better bet

Even if they aren't uninstallable, you could just unhide everything....

if there mpegs...(xxx maybe) open in media player and go 'save media as' and save it as whatever.dll, then make it hidden, then you can still open it in media player but any ordianry person will panic when it says 'which program to use to open this file'

Lol

An obvious porn addiction here. I mean I do not need to hide anything on my pc...and trust me, it's a good feeling. I would personally use the .dll extension or whatever to open my files. Then make sure that when you open it, you do not select "always open this file with this porgram" or something like that. Then it would be worthless. Well I used to use FOLDERGUARD FOR EXMAPLE....that's a good one.

JAN :D

no there not mpegs or porn or anything...my dad is working on other projects at work trying to get a new job...but the computer he is using is used by everyone in the office at some point...the stuff he's working on could get him fired....there mostly word documents and music files...i think

I have never been able to use that, it is always grey. At least for the music I downloaded, I guess that is so you can't burn a CD of it....duh
