Password Protection

Can someone tell me how to password protect a folder please?

You can zip it with a password, make it hidden or get a third party software to put a pw on it.

If you have XP pro you can protect a file from inside of windows, but otherwise you will need a third party software. It really sucks how Gates removes some much needed options on his lower priced OS's.

I think the best to do that is to go to google.com and find the folder password. Download the software trial or buy it. Or use winzip to archieve it. Use password.
