Just out of curosity, Has Microsoft Patented the FAT file system.

Why do you ask are you going to steal the technology and come up with FAT64 lol

And no because it's not really something that they would but I'm not 100% sure that it isn't... so dont try and patent it

It depends on how much you are worth, and whether you are competition, I'm sure.
