PayPal's web site constantly down

On pretty much a daily basis, PayPal's web site is down for me, but when I check the web, other sites say it is up. Here's a screen shot of what I get when I go to PayPal.com. Why do I have problems accessing it?

This happens with all three browsers on Windows 7: Chrome, IE, and Firefox. I also tried an Android tablet with same result.

Try typing https://www.paypal.com I honestly don't know why or if this will fix anything but worth trying.

Make sure you are using www.paypal.com not just paypal.com

If it happens with other devices then it also may be router poisoning. Might have to reset back to defaults.

That looks like a warning for session hijacking. Try clearing your cookies.
