PC Build (~$1000)

I'm looking to build a computer. It's going to be used for school (Computer programming), internet, gaming, really an all around machine.

I have windows 7 and my budget is around $1000 less is good, and a little over is ok if it's for a significant improvement.

I'm looking at using the black edition AMD X4 processor-wise, unless there are better suggestions.
