Yeah it'll all work fine, but the Antec 300 is a rubbish case. A better case would be the Antec 302 or the Carbide 300R.

Might want to consider a Z77 board and an i5 3570K too.

I would suggest you go for other brand of PSU. Cooler master not too bad, but not very good.
