I have a house fan blowing into the case maybe of overheating.

this beeping and freezing never use 2 happen, only since yesterday.

Anyone help?

what are your computer specs? and does it have a CPU fan? why do you have a house fan blowing air in there?

Hi there...

Oh yeh, the reason why i have a fan blowing into my case of my pc is because i recently had a problem with playing games, my pc would randomly restart, while playing games only, so therefore i thought it was an overheating problem so i put a house fan blowing into my pc case with all sides off, and it worked, my pc wouldn't restart, but then from yesterday night, i joined a game and my pc beeped and then froze, and resulting in the freeze i had to reboot my pc.
So i tried my game again same thing happened but with the Beep noice sounding more than once.

any suggestions?

Thanks Rob

im asuming that you havent overclocked anything or did any hardware installing/ changing since this problem has started right.

I have Never overclocked anything or installed anything or anything just the same as i was and this problem occured.

If it is a loud constant beep or beeping that’s a sign of overheating!
When the last time you clean out the dust from your computer?
Also check and see if your CPU fan is still turning.

It sounds like your video card is overheating, not your CPU since it only happens in games.

I would take some time to clean out as much dust as you can from the CPU heatsink/fan, and the video card heatsink/fan. You also may want to consider adding a few case fans if you have some empty fan slots.

if the cpu fan is the procesor fan well then yes it is turning. iv'e cleaned the dust its dustless. my graphics card has a fan on the card, so if it is the graphgics card, how can i stop it from overheating?

i need some advise please thanks rob

i recently had a 9200 card, but i changed it to a 9800 so not much dust has came.
