pc doesnt sleep

my pc wont go to sleep and when it does it turns off completely by it self I did put to never hibernate and allow hybrid sleep did I mess up please help asap

Need more information. Did you build this pc yourself? Store bought pc? What operating system? Is there a bios update available? If custom built, would need specific parts used.
