PC fans run really loud when I boot? (Just put PC together)

So I just put another PC together, and this is my 2nd time so I may have messed up the wiring. But, when I turn on my PC (without GPU), the fans run fine. Nice and quiet. As soon as I attach the GPU (HD Radeon 5770), the backfan and all runs really loud and fast that I can feel a nice breeze coming from my case. What should I check?

Hmm... what motherboard do you have? You could try messing with the fan settings in your BIOS.

Unfortunately, I cannot access my BIOS. I have the Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H Mobo.

This happened with my old PC and it was just an option in the Bios.

Are you sure? Is it locked somehow?
