PC getting stuck

when i am using they PC after few minutes suddenly the display goes off and it says No Signal on the monitor and the PC gets stuck. It doesn't get restart or shutdown. I thought it was coz of the processor heat, but i dont get the alarm sound.

I will have to off the PC for about 10 minutes and on it again. if i on it earlier the PC gets on and get stuck no display at all.

Can someone please help me with this?? i can keep my PC on for only about 15 to 30 minutes

Sounds like you have a overheating problem. When you lose video signal does the computer actually shut off or is it just the video stops? Have you tried booting to safe mode to see if it still happens? How old is this computer? Have you tried opening the case and blow it out using a can of compressed air? Lots of things to try here.
