PC Hangs on MOBO Screen for 2 minutes then loads Windows

Running Win XP Home Edition SP2
P4 2.4Ghz
512mb Sdram
Radeon 7000 32mb Vid Card
FIC VI13L MOBO

This just started happening. Comp has been running fine for over 8 months. I have not added any new Hardware or Software nor have I removed any.

Any idea what could cause this?

I checked all the wires for peripherals to make sure those were snug, I ran Defrag, and I ran Scandisk (Fix all errors & Bad Sectors).

I do not know what else to do....

That sounds strange, did you build your computer? If so open the thing back up and reset the BIOS by either using the reset cmos jumper or if you dont know how to do this or dont have one take the battery out for about 5 min and replace then start up. This is strange though because what you just described usually happens after installing new hardware.
