Hello, I am not good at all the tech stuff so most things about PC's make no sense to me.

I am looking for a PC (Desktop) that isn't expensive (Around $500-$1000) I want to do streaming but not games from the PC so I don't need a Gaming one. Just something that looks good and runs fast so I'm not waiting for programs to start.

I have a Gaming Laptop MSI GX70 3BE and I have no idea what it means. (Honestly bought it for the colored keyboard)

So basically I need a PC for Streaming that's fast and cheap.
 
Your laptop is good spec, it should be capable for streaming. All you need is a hdmi cable to connect it to monitor/ Tv.

If you waiting programme to start on that laptop, it probably be your internet problem instead
