Pc, I need help with my pc

My friend has a pc with on old (a) slot cpu, atholon, it has 3 128 sticks of pc 2100 ram and 1 512 stick of pc 2700 ram, Its has a $400 all in wonder gpu. I was wondering what I could do to make it run better I thought mabey a bit more ram cause the (a) slot cpu isnt used anymore. I thing the gpu out performes the system. and I dont think over clocking would make that big of a diference. so what do you all think...

A little more information like make and model of the board is needed. The memory is mixed one module being forced to run at the slower 266mhz speed. Increasing the amount of ram would be best done by replacing the three 128mb PC2100 dimms with two more PC2700 dimms of the same brand and type. The cpu could be replaced with a faster model. And adding a larger, faster hard drive are about the only things left with the current board.

The money spent there would almost be enough to go with a newer and faster board that would run the same make and model video card along with faster memory and cpu. From the little bit of information on the card itself it sounds like the ATI All- in-Wonder 9800 model card there.
