Hi!

There is some problem with my PC i don't know why it is
restarting again and again either i have installed fresh Windows
three times but still having the same problem. please tell me
what i'll have to do? so that my PC can work properly.

What are the specifications, including PSU, of the machine? How old was the machine when this started happening? Have you upgraded any hardware recently? Does it happen usually when you're doing something in particular (e.g. gaming)?

I had this problem and confirmed that it was due to faulty memory modules. For your first test, trying burning Memtest86+ to CD, restarting and letting Memtest run overnight. Report your results in the morning. It's important to let it run for this extended period (I once had an error that only occurred approx. once every seven passes!).

Hi Friend,
Try booting in safe mode. Press F8 when you start the computer until the selection screen appears. Do a system restore when in safe mode.
If this does not help, go to your Bios Set Up, set to cd drive as first boot, insert your XP cd in the drive then F10 or Exit and Save Changes. Repair XP.

Thanks,
James

If you are installed the RC version of windows 7, it will restart every 2 hours, reminding you to buy a full version of the OS.

this.
If you are not running the RC version of 7, check your temperatures using hardware monitor , because overheating of a component can cause the system to restart or shut down

Actually i had changed my system's power supply last month and was working accurate but since last two weeks its doing the same problem and i am using windows XP professional version.

Check inside of the computer to see if there's any dust. If there is buy a can of air, go outside, and blow all the dust out. If it's still restarting check the memory, power supply or hard-drive.

Install Memtest to test the memory first. If Memtest isn't coming up with anything check either the hard-drive or power supply. If you can, switch out the hard drive or power supply (one at a time) to determine which is the culprit.

If it's STILL rebooting it's more than likely a busted motherboard in which case you'll need a new computer.
