pc keeps freezin

god dammm....
Sorry about that mate.
ok, then it can be drivers then.
Corrupted or incompatible,
You can try to uninstall all the non-windows drivers and give a try on that.
if it still doing it
Probably RAM...
U could also try the Memtest X86
to check your RAM as well.

not home at the moment i just got off work not too long ago, but when i get home I could try running memtest. I'm begninning to think a reformat would be the best bet considering how long this is taking me to figure out. I just want to get this figured out. I've read other posts about this combo fix program. I've become curious about what that program does, but i dont want to run it as no one has recommended it yet, and i have no idea what i would be looking at with the logs that it would create.

anyone else that could chime in with ideas before i reformat?

Thanks for all the help so far those of you who have tried to help. It's much appreciated

Try something like this then:
Start
Run
msconfig
hit enter
on the startup tab disable all of the programs on there.
Reboot and see if it still freezing

Canivri, thanks for all your help, but I just went ahead and reformatted. It seems like it's running good now. So far I haven't froze up.

Thanks again all for the help
