PC Keeps rebooting itself help please

Hello there I built my machine just over a year ago and have had no problems until now. The PC will randomly reboot itself, sometimes straight after start up, sometimes a few minutes in sometimes 20 minutes in. The timings are all random and nothing in particular seems to trigger it.

I have already tried swapping my RAM out, I have 3 sticks of 2gb OCZ ddr3 and it still resets even if only one of the modules is in place and that's any one of the 3 modules of course.

I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit installed but surely its not a software problem?

Could it be my PSU, its a cooler master 650wGX 80+ certified. Rest of my specs are in my sig.

Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks.

I'm pointing my finger at the Hitachi hdd. Download their drive fitness test and see what it says.

It could possibly be a virus. Try running an antivirus software. A good technique would be to backup all your files and format your computer. This way if its some program causing these issues, it would be resolved. Otherwise, look around for hardware by testing each one separately.
