Hey guys, so as you probably understand, my pc has these 30 second lag sprees about every 3 minutes. This is really getting awful. All game formats lag: DirectX games, OPENGL games and even Java and Flash games! Practically, everything that requires a videocard lags periodically. This wasn't like that from the start. For the first 2 months of my new PC, no lag, at all! Then, it suddenly starting lagging like this.
What I have done before it started lagging: Installed latest bios, drivers (ALL OF THEM) and sound card driver (realtek)
Also, on the back of my PC it says 220V for the power, but I have a 250V cable, could that be the problem?
Maybe the thermal paste on my Graphics card is dry?

8.2 GB ram
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
500 GB Hard Drive
MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) motherboard
Please help, it's getting impossible to play games and I'm worried I broke something.
