Well it just started makin it around 2 days ago but sounds like somethin is gettin alot of friction and grindin or somethin. But I play a game Called Anarchy Online but when i minimize the game the noise stops from my pc but when i open it back up it starts up again...

PC Config:(With Moving Parts :P that would make that sound possibly)
Western Digital Caviar 80GB Ultra 7200 RPM Hard Drive
MSI NVidia Geforce 6600 GT PCI Express 128MB

Game pulls a ton of virtual memory or somethin like that when i have 2 512 Dual channel pc3200 sticks in my pc..... Pcs only around 7months old..

This is what i think is happening. You have a temp controlled fan in your PC and it runs badly when it's faster. Anarchy Online prob. also loads up CPU so the CPU gets hotter. Hotter CPU = faster CPU Fan if the fan is temp controlled.

Hmm

Given the info you provided, there are only two possibilities really. It's either the fan on the CPU as mentioned but rather I think it could be the fan on the graphics card. I had one do the same and believe me it's capable of making horrible noises. Does the noise cease or is it constant when playing?

Its constant when playing.... I just had it redone and its a refurbished video card... I had it redone because the fan frooze on it and moreless burnt my card.

Im gonna go this computer store tommarow and have this Thermaltake Heatsink with VGA Ram Heatsinks on the 4 small chips on it.

Cause the fan on the GeForce 6600 looks like it costs about 20 cents 5 blades and not a stable fan on the heatsink

*Edit* When I zone in game from Zone to Zone which takes about 6 seconds that noise stops as well.....

if you wanna do a test, unplug the power cord from the 6600 and boot your system. you will get some message about the power cord being removed, then pop into a game and see if you still get the noise. instead of going into performance 3D the card will go into low power 3D which is just the same as 2D with regards to voltage, clockspeed and therefore temperature which in turn means the fan doesn't change speed, if you dont get the noise its the fan on the card.

dude, just turn on the game, and take the cover off the computer, and find out where the sound is comming from, it might just be vibration.
