pc or printer dependent?

my coworker wants to print documents in three different colors like say:

white red yellow paper of the same document but in that order over and over again. so is this possible and if so is it set on the pc or the printer?

and for those thats familiar with how to do it via ms excel.

the printer has 3 paper trays btw.

hp officejet 7410 AIO.

With that printer, that type of tasking/printing isn't possible. Now, any place like Kinko's, Office Depot, or OfficeMax should be able to that type of job at their printing places. Their copiers can be set to take a certain number of pages from on tray and then another, and then cycle again. But, those are obviously much bigger, more expensive machines...
