PC problem

Last night I was on my computer, then suddenly my screen turned to this. I don't know much about computers and were wondering if anyone here knows what caused it. A fan also started spinning really fast. Would love some responses

Either your graphics card went bust, the driver went bust or there's a driver/hardware conflict. I would boot into safe mode and see if you regain a signal or not.

My PC booted just fine the next morning. Just stared it like normal and it works fine
